Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Catz: Last Stand. By playing, you agree to them. You must be at least 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, and have guardian permission where required.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting linked credentials. QubixTeam grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, software, artwork, branding, and content remain owned by QubixTeam or its licensors.

You may not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit defects, manipulate rewards or rankings, disrupt the service, access another account, harass players, evade moderation, or use the game unlawfully. We may reverse invalid rewards and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary.

Coins, gems, cats, equipment, boosters, and other game items are licensed digital features with no cash value. Availability and balance may change. Daily, event, multiplayer, and advertising rewards require valid eligibility and completion confirmation.

Rewarded advertisements are optional and may not always be available. Attempts to falsify completion may result in reward reversal. If purchases are introduced, store checkout terms, applicable taxes, refund rules, and mandatory consumer rights will apply.

You remain responsible for submitted profile choices, messages, and multiplayer conduct. You grant QubixTeam a limited license to host, transmit, moderate, and remove that material to operate and protect the service. Do not share sensitive personal information through game features.

Features may change through balancing, content, compatibility, policy, or security updates. Maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt service. Firebase, Cloudflare, Google, app stores, and advertising providers have their own applicable terms.

You may stop playing and delete your account through Settings. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, cheating, legal compliance, or protection of players and the service.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. QubixTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss to the maximum lawful extent. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted. Contact support@qubixteam.com with questions.
