About QubixTeam

A small studio for
serious product work.

QubixTeam is an independent, remote-first software product studio. We design and build SaaS platforms, mobile applications, operational tools, and focused automation for teams that need working software—not an indefinite presentation phase.

What we do

We turn an identified business or user problem into a bounded release. That includes clarifying the workflow, choosing an appropriate architecture, implementing the product, testing the important paths, preparing deployment, and documenting how the system is operated.

How we work

Important assumptions, tradeoffs, and risks are made visible early. We prefer simple systems that fit the current problem, measurable release criteria, reviewable increments, and direct communication with the people making product decisions.

What clients should expect

A typical engagement begins with the users, the existing workflow, the constraint that makes change necessary, and the result that would make the work worthwhile. We use that evidence to define the smallest complete release and identify questions that need a prototype or technical proof before a larger commitment.

Delivery includes source access, environment and deployment notes, a record of important decisions, and a clear list of known limitations. Ownership, licensing, support, and access are agreed for each project rather than hidden behind a generic promise.

We do not claim that every product needs microservices, artificial intelligence, or unlimited scale. Technology is selected according to expected load, operating budget, privacy needs, team capability, and the cost of changing it later.

After launch, evidence matters more than the original roadmap. Reliability signals, support questions, user behavior, and operating cost help determine whether the next step should be a feature, a simplification, or no change at all.

Products we operate

Our public product pages are part of the evidence behind the engineering topics we cover. They document software we build and maintain, including its user-facing behavior, privacy boundaries, and release responsibilities.

Clear scope

Outcomes, boundaries, assumptions, and acceptance criteria are written down.

Useful increments

Work is divided into reviewable slices that exercise complete product journeys.

Responsible delivery

Privacy, access control, validation, backups, and recovery are considered explicitly.

Direct communication

Product and technical decisions are explained without unnecessary ceremony.
