When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, company, optional phone number, and project message. We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare requested information, prevent abuse, and maintain a business record of the conversation.

Our hosting systems may process standard technical logs, including IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information. These logs help secure, diagnose, and operate the website. We do not sell contact information or use it to send unrelated bulk marketing.

The website may use necessary browser storage for security or site operation. It also includes Google AdSense technology. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, and protect ads, subject to applicable consent choices. You can learn about Google's use of information on sites that use its services in Google's own privacy documentation and control personalized advertising through your Google ad settings.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those providers' privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies before providing information.

For people who use Nitro VPN, we collect only information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve that service:

• Device and service identifiers: a randomly generated app device identifier, device name, VPN key material, assigned VPN address, subscription status, and service timestamps.
• Account information: your email address when you choose to sign in with Google or enter an email address.
• Subscription information: Google Play purchase tokens, product IDs, subscription status, and expiry information. Payments are processed by Google Play; Nitro VPN does not receive your payment card number.
• Advertising information: the free tier uses Google AdMob. AdMob and Google Play services may collect device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and ad-interaction data according to their own policies and the consent choices available in the app.

Nitro VPN does not intentionally collect or store your browsing history, the content of your internet traffic, DNS queries, or the websites and services you access through the VPN.

We do process limited technical service information, such as the selected VPN server, connection and disconnection events, server load, and the last time a VPN credential was used. This helps allocate capacity, operate the VPN, and prevent abuse. VPN traffic between your device and the Nitro VPN tunnel endpoint is encrypted using WireGuard.

We use the information above to authenticate your account, create and manage VPN credentials, provide and maintain connections, apply subscription entitlement, show ads in the free tier, respond to support requests, protect the service from fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers needed to deliver the service:

• Google Play: processes purchases and verifies subscription status.
• Google Sign-In: verifies the Google account you choose to use for sign-in.
• Google AdMob: provides advertising in the free tier.
• VPN infrastructure providers: host and operate the VPN servers that route encrypted VPN traffic.

We retain account, device, VPN credential, and subscription records while they are needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your Nitro VPN account and associated service data by emailing support@qubixteam.com from the email address associated with your account. We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nitro VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
