Nitro VPN Terms of Service

These terms apply to Nitro VPN, operated by QUBIXTEAMS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. By using Nitro VPN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

1. VPN service

Nitro VPN provides an encrypted connection between your device and a VPN server. Available locations, speeds, and features depend on your plan and service availability. A VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity, protection against every threat, or access to every website.

2. Free access and premium features

Free access may include advertisements, speed limits, session time limits, and an advertisement requirement before connecting. The current free-session allowance is shown in the app. A session may disconnect when that allowance expires. Rewarded advertisements may provide temporary premium access as described in the app.

Paid premium features and prices are displayed before purchase. Features and limits may change; the app describes the current offer. Actual speed depends on your internet connection, distance to the selected server, network congestion, and server capacity.

3. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google Play using the price and billing period shown at checkout. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled through Google Play. Uninstalling Nitro VPN does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's applicable refund rules and your statutory rights. Contact support@qubixteam.com if a paid subscription is not recognized in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws. Do not use Nitro VPN for fraud, spam, malware distribution, attacks on networks, unauthorized access, or infringement of others' rights. Do not misuse VPN credentials or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the account, subscription, advertising, and technical service information processed by Nitro VPN. It also describes our commitment not to intentionally collect browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or the websites you access through the VPN.

6. Availability and support

Connections may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, device settings, or technical faults. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular connection speed. To report a connection or billing problem, email support@qubixteam.com with your app version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or VPN private keys.

7. Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms as Nitro VPN changes. The revision date identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
