Privacy Policy

1. Who operates the game
QubixTeam operates Catz: Last Stand. This policy explains how information is processed when you play, use online features, connect an account, or contact support.
2. Information processed
- A Firebase user identifier for guest and linked accounts; Google authentication details needed to link an account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Progress, inventory, settings, achievements, rewards, scores, and other gameplay records stored locally and, when available, in Firebase.
- Your selected preset player name, cat avatar, leaderboard entries, preset quick-chat messages, raid activity, reports, and moderation records.
- IP address, timestamps, request metadata, security logs, diagnostics, and—when advertising is enabled—advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and approximate location inferred by providers.
3. How and why it is used
Information is used to authenticate players, save and restore progress, operate multiplayer and social features, grant verified rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot the service, and show or measure advertising when enabled.
4. Providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data, Cloudflare for real-time networking and security, hosting infrastructure, and Google AdMob when advertising is activated. These providers process data under their own terms. QubixTeam does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay records are retained while needed to provide the service. Security, fraud-prevention, moderation, rotated leaderboard, aggregated, anonymized, or legally required records may be retained for a limited period.
To delete your account, open Settings in the game, tap Delete Account, and tap again to confirm. This removes the Firebase account, directly associated cloud records, and local game data on that device. To request removal of remaining associated records, email support@qubixteam.com.
6. Your choices
You may play as a guest, avoid linking Google, avoid optional social features, mute players, adjust audio/vibration/accessibility settings, use advertising privacy options where offered, and request account deletion.
7. Children and security
The game is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate consent. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no service can promise absolute security.
8. Contact and changes
We may update this policy as the game changes and will revise the effective date. Contact support@qubixteam.com with privacy questions.
